If you don’t absolutely love the taste of our products, you can contact us and request a refund! Terms and conditions apply.

Refund Restrictions and Limitations

  • Limited to one (1) product per customer
  • Limited to one (1) opened item return per customer
  • Must contact CSE within 14 days of order delivery
  • Not applicable to free products
  • Not applicable to products not purchased on the CSE website or CSE+ app
  • WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO GRANT OR DENY ANY REFUND REQUEST AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION.

Returns

Unopened products may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Once a refund is processed it may take 3‑5 days for the refund to appear on your account. Customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items, unless the return reason is seller‑caused fault.

For health and safety reasons, opened products cannot be returnedClean Simp.... Unopened return requests must be submitted within 30‑days of delivery. Return goods must be shipped within 7‑days after return authorization from customer service. Return needs proof‑of‑purchase (order number, receipt). Return will be rejected if:

  1. Goods are opened or damaged
  2. Request submitted after 30‑day window
  3. Merchandise not received within 30‑days after return approval

The company does NOT provide prepaid return shipping labels. Buyer covers return postage.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged‑upon‑delivery items. If you receive damaged goods, email hello@cleansimpleeats.com, subject line: Damaged Item(s). Include your order number, full name and clear photos of damaged products. We will arrange replacement or full refund.

Non‑eligible items

  • Free gift items
  • Goods bought from third‑party marketplaces (not official website / CSE+ app)

Refund Processing

After inspection and approval, refund will go back to original payment method in 3‑5 business days. Actual arrival time depends on bank processing speed.
